Tracking
Yes, you'll be able to track your order! Once we ship your order, you'll get a confirmation email and tracking number. On the day of the delivery we'll send you an email to let you know your parcel is out for delivery and when it is delivered. If you live rurally you may receive a delivery notification when your parcel has been delivered to the nearest post shop. It should be delivered to your house within 1-2 days.

Christmas Cut-off Dates
Orders need to be placed by 17 December (North Island) and 21 December (South Island) for Christmas delivery. Orders placed after these dates aren’t guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.
Please note: Orders placed on or after 23 December will ship once our warehouse reopens from 5 January 2026.
