Order Processing

Orders take 1 to 3 days to be processed for dispatch. You will receive a notification and tracking detail when your parcel leaves our warehouse.

  • FREE for orders over $200
  • $10 for orders under $200

 

Delivery time

  • Approximately 3-7 working days.
  • During sale periods we're busier than usual - please allow more time for your order to reach you.

Tracking

Yes, you'll be able to track your order! Once we ship your order, you'll get a confirmation email and tracking number. On the day of the delivery we'll send you an email to let you know your parcel is out for delivery and when it is delivered. If you live rurally you may receive a delivery notification when your parcel has been delivered to the nearest post shop. It should be delivered to your house within 1-2 days.
