The Embrace documentary follows body image activist Taryn Brumfitt's crusade as she explores the global issue of body loathing, inspiring us to change the way we feel about ourselves and think about our bodies. Taryn went on to become Australian of the year in 2023 and continue empowering women through her company Body Image Movement. The Body Image Movement aims to promote body positivity, acceptance of diverse body types, and challenge societal beauty standards, fostering a healthier relationship with one's body. This mission aligns perfectly with our ethos here at Sweaty Betty!
