Returns are free for all orders.

Online Orders:

We're happy to offer a refund, store credit or exchange on items in their original condition (with tags attached) and with proof of purchase. Once you receive your items, you can return them within 45 days of purchase.

 

In-store Orders:

We will consider any item purchased in store to be tried on and chosen as suitable for what you are wanting. Therefore, we will happily offer exchanges or store credit if an item is returned within 14 days (Extended return windows apply over holiday periods). We do not offer a refund for a change of mind on instore purchases.. 

All items brought back into the store must be returned in their original condition with original tags attached.

Any potentially faulty items can be brought back into the store for the friendly team to access and advise of a resoultion.

How to return?

  • Go to our returns portal with your order number and email address. You can find your order number in your order confirmation email.
  • Select the items you wish to return and the reason for the return

  • Select your preferred return method and request a return. Upon the approval of your return, follow the steps to print your own label.

  • Package your items and bring them to any New Zealand Post drop off point.

Returns Policy

Please note: All returns must be returned in original with original tags and packaging attached. If an item is returned in a condition other than original - we reserve the right to return the item to you and decline your refund or exchange.

Exchanges

Please use the return portal above to request an exchange. Exchanges can be made to a different size, colour or style. 

 

Exchanges cannot be released until your return arrives and is processed at our warehouse. If you require your exchange urgently, we recommend requesting a refundor store credit and placing a new order.
